We were looking for a inexpensive replacement OTR microwave without all the bells and whistles. This microwave is basic. This has all your basic functions such as quick 30 second button, venting options, one press button timer, etc. Unlike the newer and more expensive models this unit can be very noisy. If your looking for an OTR with lesser decibels then this microwave is not for you.

Although it doesn't have a cooking probe, I never used it with the last one that I had. It is for the guest house, and more than sufficiently replaces the unit that cost three times as much before.

I had the exhaust go right outside and it's made a Huge difference in my home. It also does not make a lot of noise at all while operating or simply using the vent exhaust fan for when you're cooking on your stove as the is an Over the Range Microwave. Great value and it's G.E.

My new microwave looks great in my kitchen. I had to wait a few days to pick up, it was worth the wait. My next purchase will be a new stove. Maybe a washer and dryer. It's about that time, out with the old in with the new.
