Nice looking stainless steel microwave. I like that it has two fan vent speeds and two lighting settings. Perfect as a night light. Easy to operate and quiet running.

Bought this to replace a similar GE microwave that my parent's had bought 20 years ago. This model was lighter and a perfect fit replacement for the older model. The older bracket that was already mounted on the wall even worked with the newer model. We didn't have to mount any new hardware or drill any new holes. This was a perfect fit replacement for the earlier model and installation couldn't have been easier.

We have been using this microwave for a couple of months and it has been working out great for us. Has all the features that we need and seems very well made. Would recommend this microwave for anyone looking for a good solid machine at a decent price.

Purchased this microwave to replace the original one over my stovetop. True to measurements and fit perfectly. Installation service from Best Buy was great! Microwave works perfectly.

It has a sleek high end look without the high end price tag. Very easy to use & heats up quickly. The only downfall we’ve found is this annoying noise it makes when it’s in use & the turntable is going around. We’ve tried adjusting it, thinking we put it in wrong, my husband even put WD40 on the little wheels but it still does it. It doesn’t do it every time but 9 times out of 10 it does.

I have had several of these over the years because they are the only ones that fit in the space I have. As long as they work, they are a fine, average, micro, pretty high power. But I have found the micro emitter goes out in 5 years or less. It used to be GE warrantied them for 10 years, then they got smart, and apparently know how crappy the quality is. So the warranty went to 5 years, and I think now its 3, so check the warranty and don't expect this thing to last forever. They are relatively cheap, so I think of them as a 5 year disposable item at this point.

Only had this GE microwave a few days but it has exceeded my expectations. Quiet and efficient. Performs as well as many priced much higher. Takes a little while to convert to non-outside venting, but once installed looks and works great.

I needed to replace my aging over-the-range microwave. This unit was the right size and color, was priced well and perfectly matched my other appliances. Sales staff at Best Buy were very informed about my options.

This is the 4th microwave I have installed in my kitchen in 20 years. My previous ovens were Whirlpool and in those models, the display went dim. It was cheaper to buy this microwave than to fix the old one. Anyway, the pros - 1) Priced well; 2) Works well with plenty of options; 3) Love the white display. Now the Cons: 1) What company still uses incandescent lights? Hood light stinks and should be LED; 2) The door closure is terrible because it basically twists the door to ride up over the plastic catches in the door frame - I can see the door or hinge failing in time; 3) The door handle is all plastic and will fail in time because of being directly over the stove burners with the heat and steam. Our last door handle cracked after 5 years. All-in-all it isn't a bad choice but could be much better. The real drawback for me was finding out that GE sold all of their small appliances to China so this isn't a USA product. It has been working well for a month now so only time will tell.

Replaced a GE Profiles Microwave (8 years old) with another GE microwave. New unit was a little flimsy compared to old unit - door seems a little flimsy and closing the door seems a little less firm, if that makes sense. Otherwise all the other features seem about the same. The new unit must be lower wattage, but otherwise works fine. Note - the mounting bracket is the same, so hanging GE on an old GE bracket works, but the mounting screw locations on the top through the upper cabinet are not in the same area, so you have to use the paper template to make new screw holes.

I always use a consumer review when selecting such items. This item was rated #2 for overall performance. It is quiet, fully functional unit. I totally recommend. My last microwaves was #1 and it lasted 17 years.

Purchased this model because the handle broke on my older model. This model is just as powerful, a little smaller on the out dimensions, with same interior dimension and is quieter. The older model was a JVM3150RFSS from 2015. This model only required very minor drilling, as the upper mounts are slightly in a different place.

We bought this microwave to replace the old one in our rental condo. Good price, loks nice and does everything needed. We previously bought the same model for our home.
