Pretty good product working excellent easy to install

I've had the microwave for one month and it works perfectly, It was is very reasonably priced compared to many other over-the-range models. I installed it myself to save installation costs, but it took over two hours. Two people would be recommended if you're doing it yourself. My only criticism is that the stainless steel panel on the top of the door seems potentially fragile, with plastic struts for support; but I suppose that's to save weight. If not for this, I'd probably rate it five stars.

I have had this 10 months. It works fine. The lights, inside and surface, are really bright, which is great. I just noticed small, narrow cracks in the door where it meets the window. Have scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. This is the 3rd over the range microwave I have had. Each one was replaced because of a problem with the door. It's frustrating because it is extremely hard to uninstall and install these things....they are heavy and awkward. Hopefully, only the door can be replaced.

This over the range microwave is a nice size, it has good, easy programming options. The price was very good for the options and size.

Perfect on what we needed. fits the Budget and overall very good looking for the price out there in market.

My old microwave was a GE and I wanted to replace it with the same brand sue to the first 6 buttons are express buttons. They are only available on GE. New one is quieter then old one and works great

Right size for opening, works well so far. Wish the buttons were back-lit, that would be a real plus.

Bought this as a gift for my brother to replace his 15 year old LG microwave, that was missing parts and had other problems. The condo (built in 1990) originally had a Hotpoint (GE) over the range microwave, so I figured between the mounting holes drilled in the cabinet for the original microwave, and the newer LG, one of them would line up. This wasn't the case, had to drill new holes for the new GE microwave, no big deal though. It's very quiet and cooks evenly. I would say an excellent value at its price point.

Overall good price for the money spent, took away a star due to not being able to see the numbers panel when the kitchen is dark, no backlit. Surprisingly most are not, my old one was white and was easy to read with low light from the stove, also old bracket was different than the new one, easy switch but I thought being my old one was 2018, I assumed it would be the same.

Cost effective. Was on sale but even the full price is reasonable. Large interior. Easy to use pre sets but could have additional options. Easy to adjust power and time for other uses. The surface light feature and vent feature have multiple settings so those features are not obtrusive on low.

Love this microwave. Perfect size and easy to use. Fits well with other kitchen appliances. Would recommend it.

Fit the space perfect and simple too install. It also works great.

Product works as intended except cooking times are longer than on my previous GE Microwave even though the power level is set on maximum. ge

No complaints here! We bought this to upgrade our kitchen a bit. It works great and it looks amazing. We haven’t had a single issue.

I have been well pleased with the purchase of the Microwave. I was even more pleased with the installation. The person who installed the Microwave had to overcome some obstacles regarding the structure of my house and he did a remarkable job of overcoming the obstacles resulting in a great installation and he did the job himself without help from anyone else. I was very impressed.

This microwave is definitely worth getting for the price. It has all the basic needed functions. Glad it comes in white to match with the rest of our kitchen.

Love this microwave! It fit right in the space we had, and the features are just what we needed. Takes 2 people to install as it is heavy.
