    Works fine. Installation instructions were easy enough that I was able to install it myself with a drill & bits, and included hardware. You might need a stud finder if doing first install not a replacement.

    This piece of junk didn’t even last 2 years. It never worked great to start. The vent doesnt work. Heating takes a long time. The sounds for the buttons and finishing stopped working in under a year. The display numbers started flickering also. But just under 2 years it stopped doing its one job - heating food. Best Buy Geek Squad charges $104 to come diagnose problem, which i already knew what it was. Then it was going to be over $300 for them to repair it. That’s more than the microwave cost new!!! GE couldnt have cared less since warranty only for 1 year. Absolute junk.

    This model fits perfectly over my oven and works wonders! I didn't need the ones with the invite buttons for all different situational functions, so this fits my preferences and (more importantly) my budget.

    This micrwave replaced its nearly 20 year-old predecessor which suddenly died. The new one is nice and fully modern and functional. It is hard for me to get excited about a microwave. It cost more to remove the old and install the new than the cost of the new!

    It's not like purchasing a microwave oven is a life altering experience, but this one has been good. And it is our second GE microwave. The other one lasted about 10 years, so if this one goes that long I won't complain. Great price for what it does. The life altering experience is when you suddenly don't have a microwave. Can't seem to live without it.

    Easy but new install, good Instructions. Woking great. Had an older version of this model that had a malfunctioning motherboard, but fixed under warranty. Handle broke off was acting up so we had to replace it after 7 years.

    My microwave died after 12 years. The local appliance store where we bought it told us they didn't make it in that color anymore but they would be happy to sell us a more expensive stainless steel model. No thanks. I checked with Best Buy and they do still make it. I had a new one in 3 days shipped to the store and it fits and works great. perfect match. hope for another 12 years. Thanks Best Buy!
