    This microwave is very quiet. Heats well. Star deducted for the handle. It heats up crazy fast when you use the stovetop below then makes cracking and popping sounds. The handle gets too hot to touch.

    This is super easy to install and has a very smooth look. I am glad we chose this model. Great power and not super loud. The exhaust fan is perfect as well. No complaints here on this.

      We are glad to hear that your microwave was fixed and working well now. It is normal for the unit to make sounds while operating.     We use our microwave a lot with a busy household of 3 teens. So when our old one quit on us, we needed a replacement fast. This one is such a steal. Super quiet we didn’t think it was even running cuz it was so quiet. Love it!

    Not a bad microwave, it fits the space perfectly & is working just fine. I'd have considered 5 stars except that the keypad doesn't light up and the timer is linked to cook times only. Bottom light is excellent.

    We bought this one when our GE of over 10 years finally gave up . It was easy to install and functions nicely so far. It is much quieter than our previous one when running. The sound while closing the door is bit louder though. Heats up fast and super powerful. Hardly ever have to go over 30 seconds to reheat
