Replaced my previous GE microwave with this new microwave. Amazing how much the quality changed in the 13 years since purchasing the last one. This one sounds like tin and plastic as you are opening and shutting the door. Haven't tried all the functions on it yet, but the popcorn button way undercooks a bag of popcorn. You have to add another 45 seconds to get a full bag of popcorn. Seems to do just fine heating frozen dinners or reheating food. Not really sure that I like that the vent comes on automatically when it is in use. It's very noisy and there is not an option to turn it off. Overall, rather disappointed in this microwave. I know it wasn't an expensive model, but the counter versions at half the price or less are quieter and can at least cook microwave popcorn properly. If you don't mind the noise and are not a regular user of the popcorn button, this this microwave is for you.

I like the look and feel of this microwave. Functions perfectly. It fits the exact spot of our previous Kenmore (not our choice, came with the house) that lasted not even 3 years.

Good microwave at a decent price. Not a lot frills but serves its purpose. Lights on panel not as bright as they could be. Overall good product and good value.

This microwave has met all my expectations. I was also pleased when the gentleman who installed it said it versatile for external or internal exhaust. The pricing was also excellent based on my research.

Our microwave broke so we had to replace it immediately. Didn't want to overpay for an over-the-range microwave replacement that we typically use for reheating, ventilation, and stove light. This one does the job. Decent ventilation with a decent brightness level stove top light. Could use an extra minute when you reheat food/drink as the heating does not seem to apply evenly. Have not tried any other functions yet but after about 2 months, no complains yet.

Bought this as a replacement in my rental to replace the original that finally went out.

The microwave itself is very good, and very powerful. Definitely powerful enough to cook frozen meals. Great to install over the stove because it has really bright surface lights. And Best Buy's haul away and installation service was great as always.

So far our over-the-range GE Microwave has met our expectations. We were pleased with the delivery and installation. We would not hesitate to return to Best Buy for future purchases.

We are very pleased with this microwave so far. It is really quiet and cooks well. The light inside the microwave could be a little brighter...maybe on both sides rather than on one side.
