    The Best Buy sales lady was extremely helpful with my purchase, and the Geek Squad did a great job of removing my old over the stove microwave and installing and setting up this excellent replacement oven.

    Bought this as a replacement and its wonderful, it has a button for warming up leftovers that works great. doesn't over heat the plate

    Have been using the GE 1.6 Cu Ft microwave for a month. It works well. Nice finish. Price was higher than other similar microwaves

    Our previous microwave was much easier to operate. This new microwave is difficult to see the panel and the features changed.

    I picked this one because the price was so low. It does all it’s supposed to. My only complaint is the vent is so loud. I try not to use it.

    Bought in November 2024, already not working!!! Will not heat anything. My last GE microwave lasted 20 years! Come on GE, make something of quality again!!

      We appreciate your loyalty to our brand, and we'd like to assist with the issue you're having with your microwave not heating. We recommend disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Information about what to try when the microwave is running but not heating is available in an article on our GE Appliances website titled "Microwave - Runs But Does Not Heat"; that can be viewed when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. Troubleshooting is also available on page 18 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product's page and view the 'Owner Support' section. If you aren't able to solve the issue with troubleshooting, our Bodewell service team is available at 1-833-426-3393, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET. A technician would be glad to examine the microwave for any issues. GE_Appliances

    Like this powerful GE microwave a lot! Works great. Lots of options on the control panel but not at all confusing Geek Squad did a great installation.

    This microwave was replacing a similar model from 2010. The color was a perfect match and was important. It does not have options that some would want, but have to pay more for. Overall, exactly what we needed.
