It matches our new GE oven and got good reviews in the consumer magazine. So far so good. Best Buy did a great job with installation and updates by phone and online.

Did a lot of research on microwaves and this one was rated highly in all the reviews. Didn't have it at the store I visited but they checked other stores and found one. Installed and works great!

Looking for a reasonably priced microwave with all the features room and power. This had it all. Fan and lighting works great. Fan quieter than the whirlpool that it replaced. Cooks evenly.

As always Best Buy came thru with not only a great product and a competitive price but had it in stock and it was the exact appliance that was needed to complete this kitchen.

Need to replace and upgrade from an economy microwave - this fit the bill perfectly. I am not using duct work and this has the duct free exhaust capability

replaced the earlier version of same GE microware-hope if this has problem aging that parts are avaailable and reasonable priced

Had to have the digital panel replaced a few months ago. Total member so it was still within two year warranty. Now heating stopped, just two years after purchasing.

This model replaces an older model that we have had for 10 years. The mounting bracket was just slightly different which ended up costing 150 to have a handyman install.

I bought white GE to replace same hoping the mounting holes in wall and cabinet were the same: NO. Besides, this oven is a "cheap" version: One less light bulb, inside made of noisy metal not the easy to clean synthetic, the turntable mechanism makes a horrible noise like it may soon fail, buttons are poorly arranged so one has to turn on a bright light to read them, puts out less power, BestBuy has unit up high so cannot inspect mounting nor has instructions available to compare to my old, nor is it plugged in so can monitor its operation, noise, etc. Only thing better is display does not scroll long dumb phrases, like "Light has been turned off".

I have always had a good experience at Best Buy and look forward to doing business with them when I need assistance.

We were very happy with quick, neat and polite installation. Item started having problems a few weeks later. Called and arranged for an exchange. Though window was 1-4 pm, we got a call at 11:30 saying they would be here in 15 minutes. When we hesitated (just put toddler to nap), we were told if they didn’t deliver then we would have to reschedule. Again, quick and polite install. 45 minutes after they left, we get a text saying the would be delivering in 40 minutes - ? Let’s hope this one works better
