I need a new microwave my old used one turntable broke. I wanted a stainless steel no rack inside and a great price. My new GE is roomy and stylish. It has simple push buttons that are easy to understand. Just what we wanted and easy to install.

I BOUGHT THIS UNIT TO INCREASE COUNTER SPACE AND UPDATE THE KITCHEN. IT IS NOT USED EXTENSIVELY BUT DOES WHAT WE NEED VERY EFFICIENTLY. EASY TO USE. FAN IS NOT SUPER QUIET, BUT HAS 2 SPEEDS. INSTALLATION NOT A PROBLEM WITH SOME HANDYMAN EXPERIENCE. ELECTRICAL MAY NEED A PRO? AND THE WIFE IS HAPPY TOO!

We were definitely in need of a new microwave and initially very excited by the power and operation. However, after about a year, the light underneath stopped working. It’s not a matter of bulbs because we have replaced them. When it first started happening, the lights would come on underneath if you opened and closed the microwave door. Then stopped working altogether. We are now thinking that it has to do with the fact that it’s an over the range and perhaps steam from stovetop cooking has impacted the operation of the light. The microwave still works great for cooking food but disappointed that the light no longer works after mail short a period of time.

Exact fit, easy to use, and works well. Roomy inside and heats up well.

I brought this one because it was on sale and it was also a GE (sine we have a GE refrigerator.). I didn't know it had so many features. Its like an smart microwave. I love it. its so quiet when warming up food. .

We were looking for a replacement for our 6yr old Maytag microwave. The GE was just what we were looking for. Simple and inexpensive,easy to operate. Installation was a breeze. The only drawback is the power. Our old microwave was 1150 watts. the GE is only 1000 watts. Just a matter of getting used to it.

Great microwave oven and was a great price. Looks wonderful in my kitchen. The price went down after I submitted the order and Best Buy refunded the difference in a price match.

Nice size, replaced an old '03 ge profile. Easy mount setup took maybe 15 minutes to install. Only bad thing about it is that the keyboard isn't back lit so for some it may be hard to read which buttons your seeking

I needed to have microwave the same size as my “Kenmore”. This was the right size. I like it, it is a little smaller inside. It is easy to use. I like that it lets me know when food is ready without constant dinging. Has a 30 second add to time button, this is useful.

We ended up cancelling our previous order and went with this one. It was extremely easy to install. We love the look of it and are very happy with our purchase.

Great microwave, and at great price. Fairly basic, but it does everything we need it to do. Cooks quickly, and evenly. Nice bright white. Matches our white GE range nicely. Went in fairly easily. Although, the mounting bracket was a little cheesier than the older one, and the old one had three bolts to hold it up - new one only two. Not a real big deal - I hope!! Seems sturdy, but how much would it have cost to add the extra bolt?? Replaced a 20 year old GE unit, so hope this one lasts as long!!

Never even thought to look at Best Buy for an appliance but when the big box stores had a 4-5 week waiting period for install and your previous microwave blew up you find other avenues. Got it purchased and installed in 5 days, installer was a great guy, knew what he was doing and wasted no time in getting it done, explained everything to me and cleaned up. Love the microwave, good price and nice look

As a replacement microwave oven, this was exactly what I needed. Installation was straightforward, and due to similarities between the new and old unit I didn't have to replace the wall-mount (which sped up the process). The old model was a GE microwave approximately 14 years old. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Have only owned this GE microwave but it has performed well. I find it to be very quiet and easy to operate

Had it for a couple weeks. A lot of good, basic features. Stainless steel unit looks nice. Install is about the same as other microwaves. Put up the bracket and mount the microwave.

This microvave fits perfectly over my range. Although my other appluances are black, it matches my black appliances because its stainless steel, trimmed in black. It is also ver easy to clean. Very reasonably priced.

Easy to use, does all the things I need a microwave for. The only drawback is that the lettering on the control panel is not as bright as my former GE microwave so I have some difficulty reading it. Otherwise everything else is good.

Works great! Powerful, has all the button features I wanted (express time being number one). Easy to read keypad. Installation was fairly easy especially with its template.

So far excellent performer! Simple Installation. Notably lighter than previous generation microwaved.
