This is a great microwave! My original microwave the exact same one lasted 19 years. The Best Buy service representative helped me complete the purchase through online chat. We love this microwave. It has great features like turning the turntable off so I can defrost large packages, and having up to six minutes on the express keys. Also love that I can put my cup of coffee in for 30 seconds and it ends up in the exact spot so I can just grab it (our last one was not consistent). Great value for a low price!

Just installed and so far works excellent. Only thing is the location of the screw on top is different from older generation. Apart from that, all is great.

Two Techs arrived, removed old microwave and installed new one, showed wife and how it worked, cleaned up and were done in about a half hour leaving everything neat and clean and the microwave ready to use. Very pleased.

Positives - actual microwaving is quiet, performs as you'd expect Negative (only negative and reason it doesn't receive 5 stars) - the door is loud when you open and close it. Even if you try to open or close it very slow and carefully, it's still loud (especially closing). The door lifts up slightly when you close it, so it makes me wonder if it's slightly off to begin with. It's interesting, because the actual microwaving is very quiet compared to our former microwave, yet the door is much louder.

This is a very good basic microwave at a good price. It was listed on CRs best buy recommended list. Nothing fancy but gets all the basics right. So far so good. The install was a little difficult. Unfortunately the mounting bracket is not easy to work with instead of it being a full rectangle metal frame, it is a “U” shape. The bottom is fine with several holes that you can use to make sure you are putting the screws into a stud. However, since there is no top to the frame and just the sides there is only one mounting hole on each side. Studs are typically 16” apart, but these are about 26” apart. Unfortunately you have to use toggle bolts into the drywall. I would rather have screws into studs for extra strength.

Easy install. It works fine, so far. The insider does get warm when the outside light is on.

Bought for my sister. It matched her other appliances fine. No problems with the appliance and functions as it should. Happy with size and design

Bought this microwave as an identical replacement for one that just stopped working. Price was right and fits the space I needed it to. Install was simple and had recruiting I needed.

Amazing GE product,very high quality and user friendly product

Purchased this to replace the microwave in our RV. We knew it was a good appliance as we have the same model in our home. GE microwaves have been our go to appliance for several years.

No frills microwave that is easy to install, works fine and is a good value for the price.

Good budget Microwave. Was able to use the mounting bracket from the 16 year old GE profile convection microwave it replaced which made installation easier. Wish the keys where backlit but otherwise doesn't really lack any features I might like. Not loud and heats the food. All I really need.
