    So far I have been quite pleased with this microwave. And I hope it will continue to operate longer than our last one (a Bosch). It is simple to operate and not too loud.

    This microwave exceeds my expectations. I would welcome an opportunity to comment on the gentleman who did the installation. Best, most courteous and efficient installation I’ve ever had on anything and at the age of 81 that’s saying alot.

    Ordered this to replace an identical unit that had failed. Was happy to find it still available. Seems to be a solid unit, although we don't use it very often. BB installation was very professional.

    I have GE appliances in my home since 2000 they seem to last longer. Do not like the way the door closes hard and opens the same. Other than the door I am satisfied with the ease of operation and heating ability.

    Nice looking microwave. We installed it ourselves and had no problems. Only negative is the words and numbers on the keypad are a little hard to read in a dimly lighted kitchen. It would be nice to have back lighting on the keypad.

    Reheat does not give adequate instructions on how to reheat. My former GE microwave did. Door sounds tinny when it closes.

      The Reheat feature reheats servings of previously cooked foods or a plate of leftovers. Place the cup of liquid or plate of covered food in the oven. 1. Press the Reheat button up to six times to
      choose the correct selection.
      Press once for a pizza.
      Press twice for vegetables.
      Press three times for a plate of leftovers.
      Press four times for soup.
      Press five times for meat.
      Press six times for pasta.
      2. Press the 1, 2, or 3 pad to select the serving size. For a plate of leftovers, only one servicing size is valid.

    Had to replace an identical much older version of this because the door broke. This microwave works just fine for the space. Would recommend if needing this exact dimensions or aesthetic to match.

    I like the appearance, the features, the ease In using. I had microwave professionally installed. One day, for what appeared to be for no reason...the vent went on. I could not turn it off and I could not activate any control. The installer came out and could not find a problem. A tech person from Best Buy came out and told me that whenever I cook on top of stove to turn on vent. He explained that newer models require that vent be turned on as a safety measure. I hate the sound of vent on when using range; however, I will comply with suggestion.
