Does what it is designed to do. Definitely read the manual. The reheat option caused a few headaches until we found out you have to open and close the door to get rid of the "FOOD" message on the screen. Defrost works well and the other functions are fine. It's a good value.

I REALLY like the microwave! It's quiet, efficient and convenient. No problems there. I appreciated that given the wide window of the appointment, the installers came early. However, they seemed to be in such a hurry to accomplish their mission that they left a mess of sawdust and didn't even wipe out the cupboard above the microwave. They were finished in less than 40 minutes but left a mess behind.

This microwave was a replacement for an 11 year old similar style GE that finally gave out. I was able to place in the same spot and it has worked perfectly as the replacement. Best Buy shipped to my door!

This is a good microwave for a low price. It is easy to use and the buttons on the microwave are very easy to understand and operate. I like that you can push the buttons for 1-6 and it will cook for that many minutes (1 = 1 minute), and it has an add 30 second button to add additional time. The only negative is the glass on the microwave door is hard to see through and see the food in the microwave.

Easy purchase, model came as described and good price.

The oven is super quiet. My only complaint is that the door seems a bit cheap. Otherwise I like it a lot

I have been using this microwave fo abut a month now and I am very pleased with it's performance and built quality. It's not the most expensive microwave out there so there is quite a bit of plastic involved in the inside of the microwave, but it's certainly not anything that concerns me. It has basic functions which is all I realistically use. The installation went as expected although I did not initially rotate the internal exhaust fan to blow out the front, so I had to take it back down and reinstall it. This microwave matches my stove and it all looks great together.

I have been well pleased with the purchase of the Microwave. I was even more pleased with the installation. The person who installed the Microwave had to overcome some obstacles regarding the structure of my house and he did a remarkable job of overcoming the obstacles resulting in a great installation and he did the job himself without help from anyone else. I was very impressed.

This microwave worked great for a year and a half. Then the display started to flicker. The function was just fine, but the display should last longer.

We love it. It works well, good value for our money, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. We have received compliments from visitors.

It is affordable and, quite frankly, what I'm used to. Looked at a bunch of different units and this just works! Happy with the updated version and it functions just like I'm used to. Not too difficult to hang over the stove, though it is a bit different than the old model so I had to put bolts in different locations, but other than that I'm happy with the microwave!

Replaced the same brand/model for the one that got old and broke. The good is that the new model seems to heat food quicker. The not so good is that the mounting flaps on the new wall bracket and the holes for the mounting screws on the top of the unit were not in the same place as the old one, even though it was the same model. It is also louder than the older model. Overall it does a good job and the minor inconveniences are not that big of a deal to me.

We needed to replace our OTR microwave. I was concerned about it matching our existing appliances as well as the fit. I reviewed quite a few and ended up purchasing this GE model. It has the necessary functions we wanted without all the 'extras' which we never used. It fits/matches perfectly, and for less than half the price of our former microwave of a supposedly higher quality brand. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the black on the outside sometimes still looks 'smeared' despite cleaning- but maybe that's just me :)

Great microwave, reasonably priced, very quiet, would have liked if it had the side to side rotation but otherwise nice.

I really like this microwave. Easy to install and has a very clean, slick look to it. We have had people compliment us on it.
