This is definitely an upgrade from my previous microwave. This microwave is easy to use and works quite well.

Easy to use, is the 3rd of this GE series model we’ve had in 13 years, since it’s the only one that fits the area in our kitchen for a microwave oven. We’re hoping that this one lasts a bit longer, but our history with this brand isn’t too good.

Product operates well, but display is starting to fail after only 2 years. Of course past 1 year warranty, and part is expensive to replace.

Oven works as it should. Like a lot of other microwaves it does not have a backlit keypad. You have to be very careful when you install the filter because the cover over for the filter can be hard to snap in place. If the cover is not aligned properly, the door will not close. The instructions for installing the filter could be better, especially the location of the screws that holds the cover in place.

My 15 year old microwave died suddenly and I needed a replacement. Turns out Best Buy had a July 4th sale and I found a "Bisquit" GE that would fit well. I ran over closed the deal and scheduled the install. Very happy, it looks great and works well.

I purchased this microwave to replace an over the range GE space saver microwave that was in my home when I purchased it. The previous GE microwave had served me well for many years, so repacing it with another GE appliance was a no brainer. Quality lasts.

It was everything we wanted. We've had it for about 5 weeks now and we are currently having no issues at all. I would recommend to others and would buy again. The guy that installed it for us said that he has the same item in his home and he has installed lots of them and that I had made a great choice.

I researched this microwave online and then went to the store to purchase only to find out they don't keep it in stock. Had to order from store and ship to home. It arrived in only a few days but after opening, I found out it was dented across the top. The box was fine so I was concerned that it was dropped/dented before being packed. I called Best Buy and after discussing with the associate I was told if I kept the microwave Best Buy would submit a request to GE to contact me for either a monetary discount for the dent or possibly an extended warranty as I was nervous there might be damage internally beyond the denting I could see externally. Since the microwave mounts to the cabinets, the denting would be hidden and I didn't really want to wait for another microwave to ship so I took this option. Assuming GE would call and offer some sort of compensation since I was assured they would. They never did... So far the microwave seems to be working fine but beware if the same happens to you. It might be better to send back the damaged microwave since they don't follow through with any compensation. I ended up paying full price for damaged goods.

I was so happy with my purchase that I had to write a review to tell you. My old microwave died at 6:00am on Saturday and I had this new one installed by 8:00 pm the same day. I took the measurements and bought the new one online, picked it up and installed it all ourselves. Perfect!

It is a nice improvement over the one it replaced. Buy it! It is a bargain that works

Replacing a 15 yr old Whirlpool. This microwave is as good or better in almost every way. It is somewhat quieter in operation and button noise, which we like. Since it had a different wall hanging bracket and slightly different top hanging bolt placement than the previous one, we had to drill new holes in the cabinet above and in the wall, but once done, it was fairly easy to install.

Fit perfectly and works great. No complaints from the family
