works great! buttons are little hard to press on, simple, easy to install, easy to purchase, easy pick up, easy to clean, works great

I fell in love with GE slate color appliances i didnt want to have the same as everyone else with the stainless steel and so many were complaining about fingerprints. So when i saw this color it spoke to me i order the refrigerator stove and microwave. Microwave i bought at best buy the others were purchased else where well long story short its falling apart first the inside frame broke off then the trim on the botton and part of the handle, now i have to buy a new one i hope it lasts, i have no choice since i have to keep the color trend iand ive only had it less than 3 years. The other downfall is the keypad should have a light difficult to see i practice learning where the buttons are that i use most often like learning braille.

I love my New Microwave!!! It was hard to live without my Microwave. It gets used Every Day!

So far, so good. We wanted this to replace our 14 year old microwave that came installed in our at the time brand new home.

Purchased this microwave for a friend. She reports that it works perfectly and she is very happy with it. Has basic functions which is all she wanted.

This microwave replaced a Kenmore that literally stopped working 1 day after the warranty expired. I used curbside pickup, which was a breeze. I don't think I waited for 2 minutes before my product was placed in my vehicle. A friend and I installed ourselves, so it was not difficult at all. This microwave heats up pretty quickly and evenly. I had been using a small countertop microwave that I had to heat my food up multiple times before do all the food would be hot, so I am really enjoying this GE. GE makes good products so I am hoping this lasts awhile. Oh, and the price was great!

Works well and so far so good. It was difficult to find white appliances for a 100 yr old house. Thank you BB

Our old GE was not working properly. This one is smaller but much easier to use. Like I said so far so good.

The GE Microwave was exactly as advertised! So happy I shop Best Buy!

If you want a no fuss inexpensive microwave thus is a good product. The cost of delivery and installation came out more than the microwave itself. So I pick it up and had a friend install it.

Had to replace my broken microwave in a hurry as we had company coming . Thankfully BB had this one in stock. It has work flawlessly every day.

I went with GE again for express cook and to match my other GEs, press 1-6 to quick start cooking that many minutes and easily add 30 secs button. last GE microwave broke right after warranty so not that happy with them, but this was on a black friday sale. it is quieter then last model and they moved the power cord location (very bad for people who think this will be a quick switch out) and changed up the mounting bracket a little.

It’s a nice, reasonably priced microwave. It doesn’t have a bunch of buttons that you usually don’t need. The only problem is one the filters keeps falling down when you close the door.
