    Very Happy with our new Microwave. it is replacing one that was 25 year old, that worked but the plastic was getting really brittle. It heats quickly and is easy to clean so far. We love it.

    Works well, but the light went out within 24 hours of installation. Doesn't bother me, as it was really dim to begin with.

    Needed a microwave due to old one stopping. Easy to install (wall bracket is already on microwave). Hardest part was making new holes in cabinets due to not lining up with old one. Love how bring the surface light is.

    I like the product except for the white LED display. It is very hard to see in the night. The green LED which I had in the previous one was good.

    I am not reviewing the actual Microwave. I am reviewing the overall Bestbuy experience. I have ordered the appliance twice and have not received it yet. It has been over six weeks since the first order. Delivery dates have come and gone. At the store they could not figure out why the first unit was delayed and cancelled the order and placed it again since the system would provide a NEW delivery date. That date has been missed also.

    Nice Microwave, decent price, a little tougher to install than I thought. Had to do some carpentry and metal work to get it installed. Would not recommend the average person try to install.

    Many of the new over-range microwaves don't have the one-button timing feature like my old unit did. I love being able to hit #1 for one minute or #3 for three minutes Other than that it's a microwave...it does what it's supposed to do..

    Very happy with this microwave. Heats up food extremely quick. Only gripe is the buttons are little hard to press. Guessing it just needs to be broken in. Other than that, looks and performs exactly as expected.

    was surprised at the difficulty of how to hook up the exhaust fan port to the duct work already in the kitchen, also would recommend that someone with mechanical experience do the install.
