Shortly after we passed the one year purchase point, it stopped cooking. It's an over the range mount and the surface light still works, as well as the clock and timer. The problem comes when you try to use it for its intended purpose of heating and cooking. When you put something inside the microwave to heat, it trips the circuit breaker. We have replaced that circuit breaker but it didn't help, it still trips it. Searching online we found many people with this problem. We contacted the manufacturer and all they told us is that they were very sorry but we should contact a repairman. It's not worth it. We didn't buy the store extended warranty because we felt like a new product should last. This one was a disappointment!

The first microwave I got was damaged had to come back to replace. It was replaced in a couple of weeks. No problems after that.
