The new microwave was used for dinner this evening! We enjoyed learning about the new microwave. Also, Shawn quickly installed our new appliance and was excellent at doing so. Thanks Jean Soller

very good product and easy to understand, good quality

If you get this microwave and the light is green it will not work the light should be white. Heat something in it before they leave to make sure it works. Took 5 days to replace. Love it and all its features.

Talk disappointed with this product with everything that's going on stores not being able to keep up with the demand. Or microwave broke down so I had to buy a new one. My appliances are black so I had to get a black microwave, only it had to be ordered. So we had to wait a few days for it to come in. Now Best Buy is pretty much closed and you have to do your business in the parking lot. Well we're finally made it home and the microwave has a charcoal filter that is not already installed. The instructions show you remove 2 screws and remove a cover then you can install the filter. Well the cover does not come off, now you don't want to break it. I went online and watched a video from GE where it shows how to do it, and same thing it shows you remove 2 screws and the cover easily comes off. On the one I got it does not. The cover looks nothing like the one they show on the video and it's supposed to be the model I bought. Why would they not have the filter already installed??? With the easy things are right now with the virus making the stores close. I can't just go back and get another one.

Solid machine, but the power level doesn’t seem to match the advertised wattage. Older unit was rated lower but seemed to cook faster. Eh who knows.

Bought even to replace 20 year old GE microwave. Fit nicely although they changed the wall bracket for no good reason so had to drill more holes. Oven works fine.

Sales reps at store were very easy to deal with when we came into the store looking for the microwave. They understood what we were looking for and quickly got us to the item we needed.

microwave is fine. nothing special. HATE the buttons. cannot see them in limited lighting and hard to see for me in regular lighting. crappy design. it works but i wouldn’t be sad if it broke so i had a reason to replace it.

New Micro wave oven fit perfectly in the spot of the old one and was professionally installed by Best Buy personnel.

Nice looking over the stove microwave with many options. GE is a quality product.

This 1.6 CF Microwave fit easily to replace existing 1.4 CF. We followed directions and made sure fan vents were oriented correctly. Working well! Best Buy made it easy to order online and pick up at nearby store.

This is a god basic microwave that provides me with all the functions I need. Mostly I use it for heating or warming up foods/liquids & occasionally for defrosting.

Best Buy has the microwaves in stock and at a lower price than anywhere else. I went to Home Depot and the worker told me I was better off going to Best Buy to get my product.

Works well so far. Makers should not change the dimensions too often. It is getting difficult for the installers to make more holes to install

GE is always a great brand but this was such a great purchase. It was so cost efficient and with my total tech support membership I was even able to have them come install it which was the best part!

It is good fit with other appliances , it is nice brand and good quality I like it
