I ordered this microwave, it shipped, but when I went to pick it up they were not able to find it. They offered me an upgrade and shipped it to my home. I hope to install and use it in a few months.

Wish vent /exhaust stronger,otherwise heating and features are great.Would recommend it

I was lucky to catch this on sale on the last day it was on sale and saved 89 bucks. It's a great microwave I had the older version and it lasted for a long time so I can imagine this will too can't lose with GE

Got the same product what we had, unfortunately, it lasted only 4 years. But since other stuff we own in the kitchen is also from GE and matches our kitchen set so went with the same again.

There aren’t many white appliances on the market, so we were happy to find this one at Best Buy - on sale no less! Easy over the range install & the microwave serves it’s purpose.

Perfect replacement for old Microwave. Nice GE brought back the turntable. Cooks better and more evenly than the previous same model.

I bought white GE to replace same hoping the mounting holes in wall and cabinet were the same: NO. Besides, this oven is a "cheap" version: One less light bulb, inside made of noisy metal not the easy to clean synthetic, the turntable mechanism makes a horrible noise like it may soon fail, buttons are poorly arranged so one has to turn on a bright light to read them, puts out less power, BestBuy has unit up high so cannot inspect mounting nor has instructions available to compare to my old, nor is it plugged in so can monitor its operation, noise, etc. Only thing better is display does not scroll long dumb phrases, like "Light has been turned off".

Doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous microwave. Also the time display is inferior to previous unit. Should have done more research and probably have spent more for another microwave. Again the quality of the time display is inferior to our previous GE microwave. Have no complaint re best buy or the installation just the quality of the unit purchased

Ok great price for value, but where was the mounting bracket? Luckily my old model was GE, had to tweak old bracket to fit unit in

Replacing our microwave with a 8 years in between, the low star rating is because the fan turns on every time the microwave is used now and GE customer support says this feature can not be turned off.

Vents really well, nice over the range lighting and a beautiful value add to the ongoing kitchen update in my house that pairs nice with the 5 burner GE range I chose.

The original was 10 yrs old , but wasn’t properly vented upon installation. The fan motor went bad. I’m hoping this one lasts longer. It cost me a lot to have it installed.

Didn't actually use because it was too big for my space.

This over the range microwave saves electricity and works very well.

Had a different above the stove microwave at the last house. So for our new home we went with this GE. Install was not to bad. It is quiet and heats food up nicely.
