    The only downside was that we tried to use the same plate for installation as the previous model and had to do some additional work to get it to fit. Otherwise the installation was fairly easy.

    I bought this microwave to replace my 17 yrs old microwave. We had a professional installation since it is not easy to do it yourself. Quality is good and love Best Buy promotion price.

    Our previous microwave quit, and checking on service calls, felt it would be more practical to replace! New unit is great, fan is noticeably quieter than previous one, and appears to cook somewhat more evenly! Good decision!

    Much more reduced from the exact same name and model I am replacing. Exact yet feels much more like it's built with lower cost materials. Very basic, and works though for the cost nowadays.
