    I purchased this microwave to replace the one that went out when I purchased my house. I'm having to replace it again because this one LED is not working correctly, and it goes out if you use it too many times. Not a good microwave.

    I had the same model before lasted 6ish years of heavy use. so decided to give GE a another go. if it lasts 6 years will be happy with it.

    I found this microwave very difficult to install. It is quiet and efficient. The door closure is stiff and noisy.

    The old model did nothing fancy, like convection (what's that?). It just warmed plates, drinks, food, ready cooked food from the grocery store. Not complicated.

    Internal turntable is very cheap and can be unbalanced if item not in the middle . The little wheels sound like gravel when turning. . Do not buy this item
