    For a basic over the range microwave it is ideal however I expected a back lit panel like my previous one. It does not have an auto times surface light either.

    Had LG appliances for 12 years. Was definitely better quality than the GE. The GE down fall is you really have to push the buttons to get a response from them. Otherwise its fine..

    Works great, much better than my old one, looks much nicer too with a more efficient fan. Food cooks much faster as well. Hopefully it lasts as long as my last one (9+years)

    The very first time I used the microwave after running the 2 minutes 30 seconds it started buzzing. It was so quiet compared to my old one I thought it was the fan hitting something. Thought maybe it would go away, but it occurred every time I used the microwave more than 2 minutes. After I finally got GE out to look at the noise it was the capacitor.

    Ordering and pickup were easy. Thank fully used a nearly identical mounting plate as the previous GE microwave. I had to modify it slightly with some tin snips removing 1/2" from the hooks at the bottom, but easier than remounting a new plate. Otherwise easy installation, even by myself. Not problems yet, works like it should.
