    I purchased this microwave 2yrs ago and now the vent fan will not turn off it blow hi and low and it’s blowing hot air so we unplugged its a good thing I didn’t toss out the counter top when I remodeled the kitchen. I guess I’ll begin my search for a new Microwave

    I was cooking potatoes in it and it just cut off and will not come back on. We changed the fuse in it because we saw the fuse had blue but it just keeps blowing the fuse every time we put a new one in so I’ve had it for just a little over a month and I have to go purchase a new one.

    I love my new over the stove microwave. The only problem I have is the the fan is weak. I had a repair man come out and take a look at it to see why it wasn’t venting. He said it was working but these type of over the stove vents tend to be weak. I love that it creates more counter space but I’m sad it’s at cost of venting.

    The microwave went out within the first year, warranty repair performed. A little over a year the digital portion began to flash randomly, then the buttons stopped working.

    Not happy with this microwave - the door itself has a light, cheap feel to it and it constantly does not close. Seems find it partially open with the interior light on daily. Aside from the door issues, it works normally and is easy to use. Recommend to check other products.
