    I am not reviewing the actual Microwave. I am reviewing the overall Bestbuy experience. I have ordered the appliance twice and have not received it yet. It has been over six weeks since the first order. Delivery dates have come and gone. At the store they could not figure out why the first unit was delayed and cancelled the order and placed it again since the system would provide a NEW delivery date. That date has been missed also.

    Works like a charm reheating food. I have never cooked a meal from scratch in a microwave so just use to throw and reheat. This does a great job for me

    I love my new over the stove microwave. The only problem I have is the the fan is weak. I had a repair man come out and take a look at it to see why it wasn’t venting. He said it was working but these type of over the stove vents tend to be weak. I love that it creates more counter space but I’m sad it’s at cost of venting.

    The microwave works excellently, and i especilly like the preset buttons. They seem to be very accurate in heating the beverages and food.

    Had LG appliances for 12 years. Was definitely better quality than the GE. The GE down fall is you really have to push the buttons to get a response from them. Otherwise its fine..

    Not happy with this microwave - the door itself has a light, cheap feel to it and it constantly does not close. Seems find it partially open with the interior light on daily. Aside from the door issues, it works normally and is easy to use. Recommend to check other products.

    Bought this to replace a GE Spacemaker gone bad. Was a little disappointed that the mounting brackets did not line up on the two models.

    This was a replacement for the original GE that came with the house that lasted 14years. Not as loud as the old one and pretty much works the same.
