    I love this over the stove microwave, has a large cooking area, one touch keypad. The vent fan is loud even on the low setting.

    About 10 days after purchase and installation the door stopped closing. You had to literally hit the door to close it. Call Best Buy and was told it had been to long to return it and had to call GE. GE said it hadn’t been long enough for the warranty to kick in. After several more phone calls GE finally agreed to send a repairman out to fix it. It has been better however it’s been about six months and the door is starting to act up again. I guess another repairman call is coming.

    I bought this on a deal and it looks great and cooks well the lights are nice underneath but my goodness it has such horrible suction. I had the best buy team install it so the fan is the right way. Looking into it I found the design inside makes it loose suction even though it has a powerful fan. Wish I could fix this somehow.
