    really disappointed I was supposed to get this microwave on 12/05/25 and today 12/15/25 still nothing. I was very excited and happy with my purchase and now just waiting????????

    DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE! Look at 1 star reviews and you will see this microwave will die on you and it's a nightmare to get it replaced. This microwave died exactly 1 year from installation. Fortunately I did pay for Geek Squad protection but, have a funny feeling I will be calling to have it replaced every year. Borrowed my daughters 10 year old microwave to use until this one gets replaced. Appliances now are useless pieces of junk, not like the old days where things were built to last.

    I finally opened the box the microwave was damaged I had to call GE they sent a technician to service it the buttons was not working overall I like the microwave it’s really nice

    Working for my basic needs. Reasonable price for it. However, the display LED had issue after 1 year and the Greek Squad support could not fix it because he told me it would cost more to fix it than buy a new one. I did pay more for the Greek Squad support plan but seems like it does not worth it.
