    I replaced it with another GE microwave but the quality of this one is way lower than previous one. The door makes a loud noise when you close it.

    Was disappointed with quality of item. Had bought the same model several years ago and it was much better made and had a rack for two tier cooking

    I wouls give it 0 stars but tht is not a option.Was not insalled correctly, smokes inside of microwave, does not suck up thrsmoke when i cook on the stove. Sets off the fire alarms . Best buy wants to charge another install fee to do it correctly. With being a customer for over 20 years this is Last thing i will buy from best buy
