    This microwave was returned... it does not have a light for the control panel. And the numbers couldn't be seen. They need to have a bold & bright contrast to be seen well.

    You couldn't deliver as promised and wanted to put me off for a month. After almost 2 hours on the phone I was finely able to talk to a supervisor and he had it delivered in 2 days.

    Installed the microwave to specifications and used it as any normal household would. It all of a sudden popped and saw a flash in the microwave while heating milk up for my child. Then it would not turn on. I had to replace the item with no refunds or discounts. Manufacturer did nothing for me.

    really disappointed I was supposed to get this microwave on 12/05/25 and today 12/15/25 still nothing. I was very excited and happy with my purchase and now just waiting????????

    First microwave was damaged after opening carton. Went back to Best Buy. Sales rep brought out replacement microwave. We opened carton in store before leaving. It was also damaged. Sales rep brought out 3rd microwave. Thankfully it was not damaged. Experience time consuming & very frustrating !!! Happy with final microwave but not Best Buy.
