Great looking and functioning unit that fits our families use

The microwave has been fine for an open box buy! However, they did not include the mounting bracket but luckily was able to use the old bracket!

I have had problems immediately after installing this microwave. I often have to unplug it and plug it back in to get the buttons to work. This morning I was heating up food and after two times of putting the food back in, I realized it is not heating. It's not even two years old. Yes, I should have returned it when I first had problems, but I would have had to have someone come over and unmount it for me.

In addition to self-installation issues, the turntable rollers are too small which makes the turntable unlevel and unsteady. Use of the old MW rollers solved the problem or we would have returned the unit.

Not too sure about the sound it is making when running. Too much steam on the glass door.

The microwave works OK, but is noisy. My old GE microwave was quieter. Got a repairman in to fix it from GE and was told that it was just the way it was made. He couldn’t fix it.

This GE microwave is similar to the initial one in the house. Works well and is not overly complicated. Does the job well for the price paid.

I cannot figure out why the turn table does not consistently turn. Obviously I am missing the boat in the sequence of button pressing, it is supposed to default to turntable on after each setting. I had a service tech come out during the warranty period, of course it didn’t fail. What am I missing?

Had bought this product before lasted a couple day past warranty period of 1 year Hoping this time will be better.

Decent mid priced microwave. You need two people to install as I had my neighbor help me. If you don't know what you're doing, have a pro install this item (over the range microwave)

Poor coordination between, sales, third party installation, and customer service communication

It's ok for a basic microwave. overcooks potatoes. on the plus side. it seems to always manage handle on my mug facing out.

Very basic unit for those using microwave for reheating, warming and other basic food prep. Does the job nicely.

When we bought the under the counter microwave we paid almost $120.00for installation. We tried to book an appointment to have it installed but the store clerk could not seem to book it. He told me to call the phone number. I tried several times to call and was told there was over an hour wait each time. I left my number for a call back. When I got a call back still no one was able to schedule installation. I was told no one in the area does installation. Well then why in the world would I get charged for something that was not even available! Crazy. I had to find someone on my own to do it.

DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE. Loud Vent fan comes on automatically every time regardless of whether your range is on. We believed it was a product defect & had a technician from GE come take a look, and their explanation was that the new microwave units have only one fan rather than two, and therefore will automatically come on every time to regulate the internal temperature. Doesn't make much sense. The signage in the microwave itself and in the manual states "Vent fan may start automatically" but the word "May" doesn't imply that it will start automatically every time. Look elsewhere.

It would have been nice to read touch screen without turning on kitchen light switch on to see panel.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, I recommend it.

This inexpensive microwave does the job. Very pleased.

I purchased an over the range microwave August 17th I believe . Before I was able to mount it I used it 3 times then it quit working. I called GE and they will be coming out September 24th to see if they can repair it. I’ve always loved GE appliances and I believe that this time my luck ran out. I’ll continue with GE however concerning this product I have to rate it a 2
