Poor coordination between, sales, third party installation, and customer service communication

Seemed to be nice but when opened a huge dent was in the back. Returned with no issues

No butter softening or melting!! In this day and age who would think you'd have to look for that???

Works fine, but very difficult to read the wording on front for Microwave categories.

This microwave is practical, easy to use and fits my needs, and for the price is grate

Item damaged when picked up. the box was noticeable mishandled. Item was sold to me without inspection by the syore

first 5 seconds after start time makes an irritating buzz sound. Almost electrical vibration. Just wonder if that's normal for this brand? Had a Samsung 14 years old and made that sound just before it died. I'd like to return just because of the sound.

Extremely disappointed. I bought two of these for my rental property and in less than two years, the over stove light stopped working in both units. The microwave works fine, but the light that provides a safer night-time cooking environment in now non-functional and it will cost me as much to have Best Buy even take a look at it as it will cost to buy and install a brand new unit. I'm very annoyed and feel like I wasted too much money on these microwaves.

After owning for 4 years 11 months the plastic vent trim and control panel disintegrated. Unit would trip the breaker when opening the door. Ordered replacement fuse and switches. Before removing top screws noticed that the plastic trim was brittle and breaking apart. The trim had never been removed prior. The control panel plastic mounts had also broken resulting in it being loose on the bottom right. Unit could not be repaired due to faulty plastic.

Works and preforms great. The downfall is you may not want to buy if the door hinge side is mounted next to the wall. Doesn't open well

Would buy a better one if I had to do it again. Not really up to my standard.

Does not completely pop your popcorn lots of kernels left behind

We were quite disappointed after spending almost three hours installing this microwave only to realize we weren't able to open the door all the way. GE changed the way the doors on their microwaves open. Instead of having the door swing flush with the unit, the door now swings out. Therefore if you already have a tight fit, this (and other GE models) will not work. We wanted to stick with GE but had no choice but to go with another brand.

Works fine and looks good, but makes too much noise and the buttons are hard to press.

Not enough contrast with keypad and my memory isn’t that great.

I was so happy to replace broken 12 year old Maytag microwave this model but when I opened a brand new box I noticed that the door is badly misaligned, I'm not sure if this is the case for all of them but definitely returning this one.

Works ok but the door needs some attention if you don't close it just right the light stays on it won't start

If I could send this back, I would, I knew it was to good to be true on the sale price, my husband had a stroke (memory) so I tried to get one basically the same my old GE was so much better they took out major things that I had , to top it off it’s very very noisy and the turn table makes noise.

The installers put one bracket on the wall. It is crooked. It measured 14.5 inches on one side and 15 on the other. They said the microwave did not fit, which is a lie because later we lifted it up there and it fits. They left it in the floor and I still need it installed. They left screws and metal pieces lying everywhere mixed with those of other appliances which they tried to install and didn't.

Purchased: December 2021 Installed: January 2022 Surface Lightbulb-(R) side burned out: January 2023 Handle broke off: April 2024
