    Bought this microwave at Best Buy in October 2021. If you are a senior, you might want to consider another make or model. The control panel is printed in dark gray on a black background making it hard to read. The buttons are very hard to push. And the timer is not very loud.

    I saw this microwave in the store and decided that I liked it more than the 2003 microwave that was sitting over my range. I ordered it, they delivered it, and now I am satisfied. Three men removed the old microwave, installed the new one, and cleaned up all the mess in no time at all. Watching them work, I was so happy that I had not tried to do the entire job by myself. Thanks Best buy!

    This one is not as user friendly as the old one. Buttons for light and fan should be at the bottom away from function keys. I can tell not as solid in the making, but the appearance is better. I hope the handle holds up better with new design. I am well PLEASED with Best Buy service :)

    Microwave works good. However after 2 years the screen flickers and alarm/timers sounds no longer works. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty.
