Very good microwave. Slightly smaller than others which allows more space over the oven. The controls are good and it works very well. Only minor negative, the time of day display is hard to read because the numbers are too close together.

I've had the microwave about a month and have been very pleased with it. It replaced a previous model GE 1000-watt unit. and the performance is approximately the same. I especially like the Beverage heating feature. Instead of having a single setting for all size mugs, it's possible to set it for 4oz, 8oz, 12oz or 16oz. Defrost can be by weight or by time and the turntable can be turned off if desired.

This item is awesome very quiet and easy to use very happy with it.

Purchased this microwave to replace a previous GE after there were issues with the door and I could not find a replacement part. I used the Best Buy team to install and haul away the old microwave, and had a great experience.

I had to replace a GE Cafe microwave, but I didn't really need all the features. I really only need the microwave to reheat food and beverages, not for cooking and this serves the purpose. I like that you can just press 1, 2 or 3 and it heats it to the corresponding minutes - no need to press start. I picked the cheapest GE model, but the next level up is nice, too, if you don't mind spending the extra hundred. It has an interior "coating" that makes it easy to clean. You don't really think you need it until you start cleaning the splatter. Then you wish you took the option.

Great value and excellent condition. Easy to use and very easy to clean! Fits well with my other Kitchen GE Profile appliances.

Its easy to operate and is quieter than other models.

I ordered this from Best Buy because it was the best price for this model. I chose this model because it was replacing a similar GE over the range 30 in. microwave that I have had for over 10 years and just recently stopped heating. I thought MAYBE if I order this model the mounting rack on the wall and the bolt holes in the cabinet above from my current model would be the same for this one. However neither was the case. I had to remove the old wall bracket and drill new holes in the bottom of the cabinet above to mount the new unit. You would think that GE would want to give you every reason to order their model again by making the hardware and mounting bolt locations all the same as previous models of the same size. But no, that would make too much sense. That would have been a huge time saver in the installation process. Other than that, the microwave is as expected, it works fine, and I hope it lasts over 10 years like the last one.

We had a GE Spacesaver microwave for 12 years and just died.. Decided to get same manufacturer and glad we did. Fit on same bracket as original microwave and much quieter. Only thing I'm not to excited about is when the unit turns off the fan automatically comes on for a few seconds, but all an all very happy with the purchase

My old microwave burnt out and I wanted to get a comparable replacement. I was plenty surprised with this unit as it heats up the food faster than the older microwave and looks much prettier as it compliments the stainless steel fridge I have too.

We decided to replace our 25 year-old GE microwave with a new one, and chose GE because of our previous food experience. The price was the best we found, it was a perfect match for our recently purchased stove, and it features more state-of-the-art controls. It does a great job on popcorn. Best Buy installation went smoothly.

This microwave works perfectly. The only negative I would give (if forced to) is that you cannot see the buttons at night and have to open the door, or turn on the range (which is is above) light to read key pad.

We bought this a replacement for a 20 year old GE space saver microwave. The directions, for this product and the old one, had the same dimensions, but the mounting holes were not the same. After that issue was resolved, installation was straightforward. The microwave does what it needs to do just fine.

Easy installation. I would note that the template supplied has a printed line to show the outside edges of the microwave and is approximately 1/4 inch from the edge of the paper. It is common that some will mistake the edge of the paper as the outside of the microwave.

Thew microwave is an upgrade to my white GE that expired after 18 years this stainless steel matches the kitchen perfectly, I performed update and installed easily as the old one same space and hanger with minor tweak to the hangar metal and flipping the fan motor to use interior exhaust was very simple and as found in directions.

Our whirlpool died after 5 years, walked into BB and found this one for a steal on price. Same power as my previous one and color matched our kitchen stuff. Pro: it's very quiet when heating at least compared to my last one. Con: the keypad need to be pressed hard, they are not so sensitive. But overall good microwave and easy install too....

It works, installed easily. Box was punctured with what look like forklift tine, but product undamaged. Had to run around to several Bestbuys to find one that had the product, they apparently wouldn't answer the phone from other stores. Thumbs up on the microwave, thumbs down on Bestbuy store inventory and communications.
