    I bought this microwave November 2023 for both my mom and aunt. Both of them almost exactly a year later have started failing. The display flashes and turns off suddenly.

    The company should put the instructions. in the box with the new microwave oven. Many buyers, particularly seniors, may not be able to download the instructions

    Great, no complaints. Very quiet. 2 levels for surface light and 2 levels for vent fan.

From the in store purchase to text/e-mail install notifications ...to the actual install by George ...nothing... ABSOLUTELY nothing went wrong!!!!.....
