Purchase was easy even without any BB employee help. It would be nice if this product came with some printed instructions. What is a person do who doesn’t have Wi-Fi or no printer. I ended up printing out 22 pages!

Works just fine. Mine is under cabinet and vents outside. The only warning is that we installed the bracket flush with the bottom of the cabinets. I would drop the bracket down 1/4'. When I tightened the front mounting bolts the microwave was not level. Either the wall is not straight or the cabinets are not perpendicular to the wall.

Works great. Daniel did an excellent job of ordering & installing.

So far so good, but more time is needed to see. We have had the best luck with GE microwaves in the past.

excellent replacement for previous microwave very easy to use and install

Replaced the same model that broke after just 16 months. Chose same one so I wouldn’t have to install all knew hardware and installation holes and hardware. Would really like to have the buttons illuminated so I don’t have to turn on the kitchen lights to see what I’m entering

This was a replacement unit for a 15 year old GE Profile that died after many years of good service. This new microwave works well and has the basic features we use. Only issue was that the first unit delivered had a wonky turntable - it jerked and thunked when rotating. Best Buy delivered a new one that works fine. A bit of a pain to replace as I did not pay to have them do it.

Microwave has performed well since purchased. Best Buy had the best price by far

GE makes very good products, never had an issue especially when you buy new. I purchased this unit for one of my rentals and so far so good. I think in the past few years I purchased atleast 5 of these and never an issue.

This is my third microwave of this GE model over the last 15 or so years. You'd ask, "Why do you keep buying it if you give it only three stars?" Well, in an unfulfilled hope that I would be able to remove my old broken one, put there a new one, screw in the bolts, and be done with it. No way. They are changing something every time - like positions of the holes you have to drill in the shelf above the microwave. If they kept positions and design of their connection hardware the same year over year, I'd have given it five stars.

This microwave has lots of features, I especially like the night light and it's very quite, can't even tell its cooking.

Purchased based on consumer reports review. Now one month old and working fine. No complaints.

Ge products are always good. This one especially a replacement for my existing one. Came in my budget

It's a huge microwave and pretty heavy duty from most units that I've used but works really well.

This is a really nice standard microwave at great price!
