It evenly heats all items including the ones that are very thin, like tortilla. Samsung microwaves were unable to heat thin items. They had to kept on an inverted box to raise the height. In Samsung, the items placed next to each other took longer time to heat versus stacked one above the other.

Don't buy the plastic version, too expensive for the parts.

I like the stainless steel but it does get fingerprints. The only thing that I find to be a minor issue is that with my old GE microwave, when you set the timer, you would hit start and that was it. With this one, you have to hit timer instead and I can't seem to get used to that!

Replacing an old Kenmore that was about 10 years old. This didn't have the cooking probe, which was never used by us anyway. Otherwise, it is nearly identical to the old Kenmore. Recommended by an appliance repairman.
