This unit is much more substantial than the old one and fits perfectly in the space above the range. It warms up the food evenly because the turntable spins the food around to insure it gets thoroughly cooked. It looks so much nicer than the old unit and helped to update the kitchen.

I had a GE that was old and wasn't heating properly. I love the shortcut keys on this one. Also, it is very quiet. Also like the fact that it does NOT have the vented thing going on at the very top like the old one. Stylish, easy to use. Good value for the price.

Works well. Control panel easy to read. I don’t like the tinny sound as I open and close microwave door. Hope it isn’t a sign of weakness in the future. But, for now, I’m happy with my choice. The vent fan could do a better job of getting rid of smoke/fumes but that seems to be the case on all over the range microwaves. The ability to turn off the turntable is nice when you have a large/oblong dish.
