Easy to use - performs as expected and looks much better than my old microwave. The Duluth Best Buy appliance team have been great to work with - everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, courteous, and provided excellent follow-through! High marks for them!!

Needed a replacement for another over the range microwave. Went into the store the sales representative suggested this GE. Was easy to install and use. The unit is overall fairly quiet compare to my previous device.

I was very impressed with the ease of use and with the whole installation process. They did a great job and it was fast! Product works well!

We’ve only had it for a few days, and it basically does what it’s supposed to do out-of-the-box. We installed with rear exhaust configuration. Now that it’s installed, here’s what we know for sure: Pros – • Operates a bit quieter than our 17 year-old Kenmore (which stopped working recently, thus the new unit) • Nice 2-stage surface light covers the range top with adequate brightness on high, and a nice night light level on low. • 2-stage exhaust fan is quieter than the old Kenmore, and seems to move plenty of air. • Programmed buttons have reasoned lead-through menus for adjusting quantity/weight/measure. Cons – • And this is a BIG ONE: very low contrast control panel is impossible to see without ambient lighting. This means turning on the kitchen lights every time you want to use it except when there is sufficient daylight coming in. That’s disruptive to the eyes when you just want a late cup of tea. Under-the-counter or task lighting does/may not shed light on the panel when it is mounted above the range top. The bisque and/or white models will have higher contrast stencils, but the stainless unit also has a black control panel. • Shiny black plastic finish shows fingerprint smudges in high contrast. Other finishes probably fare better. • Grease filters are a very poor fit and barely cover the exhaust cutouts; seem like they could easily fall out with a little vibration.

This is a nice microwave at a good price. It has all the features you’d want easy to use. It was very easy to install.

Technically this is not mine. My girlfriend's microwave went out (still runs but the clock and keyboard all messed up) from the one that was put in when she bought her house. My goal was to install a new one while she was bring Teenager away to college. I purchased this one, not realizing it was the exact module - fit perfectly, same brackets, same mounting bolts. I even put a pretty bow on it. She arrived back from her trip, and discovered a completely new microwave. ;-) Mission accomplished. It works perfectly, matches the kitchen appliances. Thank you Best Buy, I doubt I could have found the perfect replacement anywhere else.

I like how quiet this mw oven is. I never had another one with such quiet operation. Digital display looks like from 70-s or 80-s rather then from 21st century. Digits look very awkward. The rest is pretty average and expected.

Microwave oven installers arrived on time and installation without any issues. Also, disposed of the old microwave.

This microwave is really easy to use and works great! It was also really easy to install. It had the correct holes and wasn’t that heavy to hold up while putting the screws in.

This microwave came with easy instructions. It is quiet, easy to clean and warms and cooks things fast and efficiently. We appreciate that it was in store for us to pick up instead of waiting for a delivery like most other stores.

This microwave was my upgrade from my previous GE microwave from 20 years ago. It's simple to use and is perfect for our family's needs. It's also beautiful!

Good experience on service. For the product itself, compare to my broken Whirlpool pretty same one, this GE one definitely not as good build as Whirlpool, like the top steal cover. I don't like the black control even with pretty well kitchen light, it is hard to see the buttons unless to mesmerized the buttons location. I don't have this issue with Whirlpool's white control at all.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I have only had the microwave for almost a month to date of purchase and install. This unit replaced a Magic Chef unit. This was an open box item, yet still retained the factory sealed tape on the unit itself. This unit goes for over $300 new. But I got it for $170 out the door, including a 3yr extended warranty.

Initially I was very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased what I thought was the same microwave it was replacing. However the exhaust, plug, and mounting bracket were different and my installation turned into a cabinetry session. That aside, this microwave is great. The functions are easier to use. It is easier to clean. And most noticeably, it is quieter. Disappointed I had to drill new holes and cut out a new pattern from my cabinet, but the microwave cost less than its previous incarnation and is a big improvement.

This microwave is easy to use and has many other uses than just heating up food.
