Purchased this model because the handle broke on my older model. This model is just as powerful, a little smaller on the out dimensions, with same interior dimension and is quieter. The older model was a JVM3150RFSS from 2015. This model only required very minor drilling, as the upper mounts are slightly in a different place.

The over-the-range microwave was purchased for under $200 and was well worth the money. Of course, installation was about $80. It works great and looks nice above my white cooktop.

Purchased this to replace a broken microwave. It happened to be on sale which was a plus. Instructions were detailed which made it easy to install. Works great!

The microwave was easy to install although there was a little confusion about the exhaust fan. The price was right in range for what I was willing to spend. The features are simple enough nothing really fancy.

I have only been using my new over the range microwave for a few weeks but I have no complaints. It heats up food quickly and evenly with a great defrost feature. It fits perfectly over my cookout range and easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Great product for the price.

Was relatively easy to replace the old one with this one. Working well so far, but only had it about a month. Matches other appliances pretty well.

Best price among all the big box stores and available for pick-up the same day. Nice since it replaced one that stopped working. Fairly easy to install but required two people.

too much force is needed on key pad. wife has a hard time. door to thick it hits wall on left side.

This is the 4th microwave I have installed in my kitchen in 20 years. My previous ovens were Whirlpool and in those models, the display went dim. It was cheaper to buy this microwave than to fix the old one. Anyway, the pros - 1) Priced well; 2) Works well with plenty of options; 3) Love the white display. Now the Cons: 1) What company still uses incandescent lights? Hood light stinks and should be LED; 2) The door closure is terrible because it basically twists the door to ride up over the plastic catches in the door frame - I can see the door or hinge failing in time; 3) The door handle is all plastic and will fail in time because of being directly over the stove burners with the heat and steam. Our last door handle cracked after 5 years. All-in-all it isn't a bad choice but could be much better. The real drawback for me was finding out that GE sold all of their small appliances to China so this isn't a USA product. It has been working well for a month now so only time will tell.

This microwave worked great for a year and a half. Then the display started to flicker. The function was just fine, but the display should last longer.

I planned to spend twice the amount. The salesperson talked me out of it because this microwave did it all. I particularly like the ease of use and the noise level.

Works great. Has all the daily presets. Light and fan settings are very intuitive. Lovely over the range microwave. Took two people to self install.
