My over the range microwave finally gave up, read online it was the dynamometer or something, cost more to replace than microwave was worth. Bought this and it fit perfectly, a little wider, and taller but it fit right in, COUPLE things, it comes WITH the filter for the fan, ad wasn't clear about that and tried to sell a filter for it, don't need the filter, REALLY QUIET, barely makes a sound, more modern and compact ventilation and lighting system.

Ive had it for almost three years. Still works great. Easy to clean.

Easy to install. The microwave is large, spacious and easy to use. I appreciate all the different settings too!

Great price and easy to install. Had to replace an older model in the home. This one fit perfectly where the older model was.

I replace a microwave for another GE, the first one use for more than 20 years. Everything was ok , from delivery day, installation and easy to use.

The oven works as advertised, was easy to install. I like the ability to disable the turntable when heating large items. Good solid mounting bracket, The instructions for moving the fan to the recirculate mode could be a bit better. The picture enclosed appears to be incorrect. As with pretty much all over-the-range microwaves, the mounting "templates" are very flimsy paper and somewhat difficult to fasten to the overhead. I ended up using a stapler once the templates were cut to fit the space allowed. Minor problems, but not hard to correct.

This product has so far exceeded our expectations. So far so good!

A basic microwave at a very good price. I have had it 1 month and performs equally if not better then higher price microwaves.

This is a really good microwave the other one we had was just like it just older model and lasted for about 8 years with no problems till it went out and I found this one and bought it at a nice discount and installed it fairly fast since almost everything is the same!!

This review is for a white GE 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave. The microwave was purchased to replace an 18 year old Frigidaire FMT144G1W3 microwave. The dimensions provided in the advertisement were accurate and the GE microwave fit within the space previously occupied by the old microwave. The new microwave worked after the initial installation and continues to work as advertised. The installation was fairly straightforward. The manual could be clearer, especially as it applies to the installation of the filter.

Love this microwave, it fit the space perfectly and tech did an excellent job with the install.

Chose this microwave because it was replacing a similar one, so we knew it would fit in the space. We like that it has the 30 second button, but don't know why GE felt the need to change its location on the pad. It's a little higher wattage than the old one, which is nice. Good microwave for a great sale price of under $200 - the size and power are quite sufficient. However, if you're looking for high quality, this is not the one.

Microwave works. BUT the control panel broke almost immediately. It doesn't beep anymore, its always flashing and the light over the stove is really hit and miss. It will be fine for a year and then you have to replace the bulb ever two weeks for a couple months, and then it'll work for another year. Would not purchase again

Looks good and works great! No issues and has been holding up well.

This microwave is a good deal for the money. It is really quiet. I enjoy the express minute buttons. Easy to use & heats food evenly&well.
