I’ve only had this for a month but it fit perfectly where the previous one went before. Heats the food great and has a good amount of internal space. Lots of curation settings. The price is also great compared to a lot of others.

We gained a lot of space on the counter. Installing it myself was not so. Let the experts do it! We got it done, but it was not as easy as I thought... good thing my brother is talented at this stuff! It works great, too!

Took 3 of us to get it hung on the rather obscure hanging rack. I do part time house flipping so no stranger to Home diy. It looks good, works fine but a few things could be improved. Firstly it’s SO noisy. Like airplane taking off noisy. We’ve checked the exhaust setup and it’s just a noisy unit. Secondly, it doesn’t allow minutes and seconds to be setup because once you press a number it sets off as if that’s all you want. A bit silly.otherwise it works well and that’s about it.

Wish they hadn't made the vent fan automatically turn on whenever the microwave is in use, however, I do like that the vent fan will turn on when the microwave detects too much heat/moisture from the stovetop. Overall a good OTR microwave for the money.

It send to be working well. I do like the option to turn off the turntable. I also like the "add 30 seconds" option. Surface light has two settings which I also like. The vent fan noise doesn't bother me. The unit looks nice under the cabinetry. My range is not GE but the microwave matches really well.

It wasn’t the cheapest option but maybe a year into owning it we noticed the sounds turn on and off randomly-not good if you’re using the timer and it’s silent. And it also doesn’t always warm up food for awhile. Again, it’s just here and there and we never know when but we tried to spend some money so we would have something decent for a long time and eliminate excess trash in the world but it really isn’t great.

Posted .For this model, the vent fan will automatically start when using any cooking cycle on the Microwave and will operate during the entire cooking cycle. If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly.
