The model is completely changed and will not match previously installed models, meaning the installation will need to be from scratch.

If you received a different model than the one you purchased and want to reach out to Best Buy about this, their customer service is available at 1 (888) 237-8289. If you received the model you ordered but aren’t happy with its design, we can advise that as well as similar models being released over time, design changes may also be made to models over the years. For over-the-range microwaves, we can also advise the hardware (including the mounting bracket) that comes with the new unit should be used. Changes may have been made to the hardware design even if the model is the same, and we cannot speak to the compatibility, safety and reliability of using old hardware with a new microwave. The unit I purchased was very similar to the unit I already had and failed finally after 17 years. I was sort of wondering about the service from my original call, getting transferred from person to person, but finally got on the phone with Jessica, she was very professional and very nice. All in all, a very good experience and I am very happy with the new Microwave.

We bought this oven to replace the GE Profile came with the house. The dimensions are exact the same. Most of the time we use the oven to warm up food and drink. This oven is perfect for us. We got a good deal with 30% off. We installed the oven ourselves. The instruction was very clear. Installation was easy. It took us about 1 1/2 hour to replace the oven including reconnect the exhaust duct with a new section of duct. The GE Profile lasted about 10 years. Hopefully, this one will last as long.

It does make a high pitched sound when the vent is at full throttle which may bother some ears. And the exterior easily shows smudged and finger prints so it will need to be wiped down often. Otherwise no complaints.

We got it on sale and couldn't be more pleased with it! Fortunately they had a couple left in stock at the Best Buy near me! My husband was able to go pick it up within a couple hours and my brother and husband installed it same day! Praise the Lord for that! I have COPD and needed certain things Microwaved! I feel very blessed to have found this jewel of a Microwave! I would recommend Best Buy! They are always helpful to me and I truly appreciate them!
