The product seems to do everything it should, but the materials that were used in making this item just aren't up to par with how microwaves were built in the past .... I feel like I'll be lucky to get 10 years of use from this model. Having said that, the cost of this microwave was much lower than other prices out there, so maybe you just have to live with getting what you pay for.

We really love this over the stove microwave. It fits perfectly between our cabinets and it works great!

Product has met expectations with solid performance, looks, and price was very good.

Two negatives -- 1000w requires conversion from 1100w oven, which most recipes call for; front control panel is very dark and hard to read.

Easy install and good over range microwave. Had to order this model and it took a while to get my only complaint.

Installation went very well. Replaced an 18 year old GE that was actually still working. This one is much quieter and looks good. Great price, too.

First experience with a over the range mounted microwave, it's much larger than I am used to. Minor difficulties installing as we missed one of the slots on the wall mounted bracket on the first try. The template for screw holes from the top didn't line up and had to be drilled multiple times. Looks nice and works well so far though.

I purchased this microwave since it is the same brand and style as the stove that I purchased as well. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles and it’s a fairly basic microwave by today’s standards. Nothing has fallen apart or gone wrong with this microwave this far, so that’s always nice. The build construction is reasonable and the cooking noise is not very loud. Installation was typical for this type of microwave and I did not run into any unusual issues.

Big enough and wanted a microwave that you could turn off the turntable. Quietest I've ever had. Great value

REALLY LIKE MY NEW MICROWAVE. I NOW HAVE A LIGHT INSIDE AND EASY TO USE BUTTONS. INSTALLATION WAS SMOOTH AND FAST FROM THE GEEK SQAD.

Previously purchased a similar GE microwave that fried after 19 months. The microwave sending unit sparked and melted the interior panel sending charred plastic over the food. Warranty had ended at one year and repair would cost nearly as much as a new one, so we bought this replacement. Installation went well, and it works fine. This time we bought the 3 year extended in-home service warranty. The only complaint I might have would be the button arrangement is a little less intuitive than the first one, though this one cost less so I can't complain.
