So far we are quite happy with it and we use our microwave a lot. This unit replaced a similar one that had gone bad, so swapping out the one that was two years old with this one was fairly easy with only a few of the mounting holes needing to be adjusted.

One con- Interior lighting could be better distributed. Interior light is at upper right side only. Lighting not a show stopper and overall is a well made item for this price range.

Very pleased with look/performance of microwave.

I liked it so I replaced it with the newer model. Yes, the door is loud and doesn't feel as sturdy as before. This doesn't bother me so I rate it a 5. I hope it lasts as good as the previous one.

Burned out surface light after only 3 weeks!

My last microwave lasted 15 years with no burned out lights! Apparently the lights on this model are a problem as reviews indicated and which I had not seen. Bulbs can break in socket and are VERY difficult to remove. They also are expensive to replace like $18. Best Buy resolved the problem and sent a geek squad to change the defective bulb, but they advised that this would be the only time. So far, so good, but it is something to consider especially since I only had the thing for 3 weeks.

I was hesitant but it was super easy to install and the controls are just as simple as my previous one. The stainless is very easy to clean and doesnt leave finger prints.

Save yourself some shelf!

When going by instructions on many prepackaged foods, this microwave will be done a good 30 seconds less than indicated. I'm really happy I upgraded from a microwave that takes up counter space. Spend the extra bucks for this.
