    This replacement is very cheaply made! Very thin; inside not as deep; inside gets extremely hot when night light is on; missing convenient food cycle recommendations. The only pro is that the price was reasonable.

      We would like to address the issue you're having with your microwave being hot. It is normal for the bottom of the microwave floor to be warm because of the light but not hot. If this is the case, we recommend that you have one of our Bodewell technicians out to asses.     Cheap over the stove microwave. Did not want to spend a lot and it does the job. Don't like that the least you can set the timer for is 1 minute, but just have to stop it for less. also no lighted panel so it is hard to see the functions keys unless the kitchen light is on even in day time.

    A good product for the price. It works satisfactorily, but very light-weight construction makes me a bit concerned about its longevity. Good selection of operating choices. Control panel is clear and well-organized but somewhat hard to read in low light.

    So far, we are pleased. We hope it lasts longer than our previous one (Samsung) that only lasted 4 years and could not be repaired. It is easy to use and happy we were sble to get a white one!

    The microwave I ordered JVM3160DFWW was correct on the box, The actual microwave was JVM3160DF9WW. The 9 obviously makes the microwave cheaper as it only has one surface light and the display had 2.

      The model number on the microwave itself may include an extra digit, when compared to the model number on the box. This is an engineering digit, and is there in case a technician ever needs to examine the appliance and identify specific manufacturing information. This extra digit does not mean you received the wrong model. If the microwave you received is different than a display you saw and you still believe you received a different unit than what you originally ordered, we recommend contacting Best Buy at 888-237-8289 to address this issue.     When my old microwave went out, I needed a nice, new microwave that matched the rest of my appliances. It went right in and looks great over my range :) I haven't gotten very adventurous with all the different buttons yet, but it's worked well for just your run-of-the-mill microwaving!

    This replaced a 10 year old working black GE microwave. Decided to go stainless, and this was a good enough replacement. I don't really need anything too fancy...it just needs to work. It's not as loud as the one it replaced, so that is good. Time will tell if it lasts at least 10 years.

    Took out old Microwave and slid this one right in its place. I had the same model which I bought over 15 years ago. That made it easy to install. Looks and works great. Totally satisfied.
