Pleasant appearance, very easy to operate.reasonable price.

I like this microwave a lot other than the fact the door is super loud when closing. The mechanism is very stiff. Seems to be the model not just ours. Looks great and works well otherwise.

Functionality had been great. Display/button layout not what I'm used to in a microwave. Buttons can be difficult to activate when pressed. Overall it works very well though.

We purchased this unit to replace the original GE over the range that stopped working after 5 years. The instructions to install this unit was very easy and we were able to do it on our own. It's been a over 6 months and is working fine.

I bought this as a replacement for my 10-year-old GE microwave. It does the basic things you expect from a microwave so no complaints there. Some annoyances but not deal breakers: - The layout of the buttons is terrible... well... not intuitive. It wouldn't matter as much if you could read them in the evening but since they are not backlit, and the letters are gray on top of black, it's very difficult to impossible to distiguish them without turning the light on. So either I have to turn the light on and press the correct button, or you memorize where things are. The microwave light SHOULD be at the bottom of the keypad close to the light that will get turned on... well nope, it's in a random place. The "Add 30-seconds" button is Not the same as the "Start" as my old microwave (which now I know was so much simpler/intuitive).. It's also located at a random place. And opening/closing the door is not smooth. I hope it won't break anytime soon... time will tell. But again, it does the basic functionality that a microwave is supposed to do, so everything else while annoying is not that big of a deal.

This over-the-range microwave is so much better built than its two predecessors in my house. Hopefully, this one’s door handle will not break like the last two other brands before it. Quieter running, and happy to have two level surface light and two speed exhaust fan.

Great product and even better customer service when we had a small issue.

I was not interested in a bunch of fancy add ons for this microwave but did want one that had the Express touch buttons where you just touch 1 for one minute and up to 6 for six minutes plus has the add 30 extra seconds button. Also needed the inside venting option. We used Best Buy for installation and they did a great and efficient job.

Excellent delivery, and removal of old unit. Installation of new unit timely and well done. Explanation of how to operate and instructions provded by installer.

It was very easy to install and as worked flawlessly.

Love this microwave! Single button start for 1 or 2 minute heating is great. 3 speed exhaust fan. It is just an all around great microwave

I purchased this microwave to replace another GE over-the-range micro. That one lasted 17 years and I hope this one does as well. I like this micro but still having issues getting used to the touch pad (the buttons are rearranged from my old one). This new one is much faster than my old one. The installation, thru Best Buy, was great with no issues.

No issues in the 5 months we've had it. Fit into our space nicely. Be aware that while the front is stainless steel, the sides are black. Might not matter if the sides are not going to be exposed (one side in our kitchen is open to view.)

Using for almost a month now with no problems. Easy to install and fast cooking.

It's been working well for me so far. Hopefully, I'll get a decade of use out of it.

DON"T BUY THIS THING!!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT AND END UP DOING WHAT WE ARE...BUDGETING $500+ FOR ANOTHER MICROWAVE AND INSTALLATION!!!! I'm giving this two stars because it still warms and cooks food. BUT NOT as fast as it did. POWER has greatly diminished over 1.5 years. Also, it seems to have less power now than a countertop model made by another manufacturer that we bought while we waited for this to finally arrive and be installed. This one was supposed to be more powerful than the countertop we bought to use while we waited! In addition, about 2 months ago, it began to spark and make popping noises when I make popcorn, warm butter, or melt marshmallows. Its a darn good thing we kept the other one. I tried cleaning the magnetron cover thoroughly...didn't help. Found a replacement cover online, but didn't order because I couldn't find instructions on how to remove the present one w/o damaging the interior and possibly ruining this thing...after all it still warms food.
