This one had all the features that we wanted at a reasonable price. It is attractive and seems to be well made. It meets all of our needs and works well so far.

The only hesitation to 5 stars is the interface is a little frustrating and takes getting used to. If you hit 'Timer' it goes into timer set mode and hitting cancel doesn't clear it back you have to him 'Timer' again. The timer button also happens to be right below the cook time button so I didn't learn my lesson the first time. Takes some getting used to.

The keypad buttons were placed differently on this model, but, after learning where the most frequently-used buttons were, it was easy to to use. Hope this one lasts 20 years !!

One annoying feature is that the microwave will ask you to “insert food” again, if you leave food inside and attempt to re-heat it without opening the door.

Put the new one in no issues. Only problem was the explanation of the grease rap not very clear where it went and the holes were tight to line up a little more play with the hole alignment would have made it a breeze

It works just as it should, and installation was easy. Although microwave templates are a pain in the butt, this has multiple installation options

It may be missing some of the bells and whistles of some more expensive models, but it gets the job done. The glass turntable is remarkably larger than many of the high-end brands.

When we have a tenant moving into our rental, I am looking forward to a quality product. Best Buy delivered the best deal with shipping for the item we selected. We have had the same model in the past at a different house. The express cook times are a nice convenience. What we dont like (personal preference here) and thus deducted 1 star for it is the very bright white display. It used to be green and not so crazy bright. Wr have had issues with our other one (dirty door switches causing the breaker to be tripped) but 6 months after i ckeaned them the issue has not come back. We will see if this one develops the same issue over time.
