Best Buy professional crew arrived to mount my granddaughter microwave after I tried and wasn't able too. The 2- gentleman was able to mount the microwave in 20 minutes and was perfectly installed. Showed my granddaughter hoe to used it and answered all her questions!

Had the older model and it lasted so long. Had to get a new one only because someone in the house screwed up the door by swinging the door too hard for many years. Great microwave

The reviews can scare you a little, but this microwave is doing great. It replaced an original appliance that had lasted over 20 years. I don't think this one will make it but you never know. Runs quiet, cooks quick and no issues cleaning.

Microwave is everything I expected. Have not used it long enough to properly appraise it.

Nice microwave to mount above our stove. It gives you the option of having an indoor vent, outside and changing it from one to the other is pretty simple. I bought this as a replacement for our 16 year old microwave that stopped working. I tried to buy one that was the same brand and same dimensions as the old so I wouldn’t have to redrill holes. While most of this one fit the old model screw holes, there was one are that didn’t line up. However the bracket still worked so it was it a difficult transition.

Bought this as a replacement in my rental to replace the original that finally went out.

Fairly easy to install, so far so good on performance. No frills microwave but definitely gets the job done. Fan is reasonably quiet.

We did not need anything super fancy, but this microwave has enough bells and whistles to suit our needs. Heats and cooks food efficiently. The exhaust fan works well. Great surface light. Love that I can stop the turntable if I want. Also, like the push button to add thirty seconds, if needed.

« Open box - excellent » shouldn’t describe an over-the-range microwave without ANY hardware (brackets, screws, templates), a turntable, or instructions. It’s NOT sellable - let alone « excellent ». When returning it the store manager was sullen (probably because I interrupted his hanging out with the guys at the entrance (also had to interrupt their chat to ask them to move so I could roll the cart into the store)). He never said hello, welcome, sorry, etc - just looked angry and typed on and on leaving me standing there not knowing what he was doing or why. Was he looking for a replacement? Was he changing it to « unsellable » status? I didn’t know until I’d been standing there in silence for several minutes. The female team member was very polite and nice - but this manager has been promoted above his abilities. I haven’t shopped BB much in years - and this confirms I’ll keep using the mail-order/delivery giant going forward.

the microwave fit perfectly and it is working great. It's finish fits in with the rest of the kitchen appliances.

This microwave oven is just like the oven that died (after eight or ten or twelve years service.) So I have no issues with it. It's just right for us and our kitchen. Besides, I bet it's made in the same factory that makes a bunch of other microwaves.

this is one of the nicest undercounter microwaves we have ever purchased. It looks good installed, the range vents work beautifully and the added features are great. The light under the microwave can be dimmed to a night light if you want. The food comes out beautifully done. This is a fine product. I highly recommend it!

Does everything an over the range microwave is supposed to do. Fan moves smoke and odors outside, microwaves food very evenly and the light is more than adequate for cooking.

Everything you need for a basic microwave . The only downside is the digital display is not good enough.

This was a replacement for the exact model that I'd bought several years go. Stuck with the same model so that I wouldn't have to change the mounting plate. Fit like a charm, even the the top screw holes. Very pleased.

This microwave is very easy to operate and has low and high settings for the light and the stove.

Works great and made in the USA would buy again fit right were the other one was looks great

Bought an open box over the range microwave at a good price. I had to modify the existing wall mount since the microwave did not come with the wall mount. So with that said it took a little more effort but was worth the savings.

6 Express cook buttons, Turn table switch, +30 sec, all features we wanted. Reasonable cost for the quality level. Installation took longer than expected due to having to switch the exhaust fan since we had no vent, and one of the screw nuts popped out. Had to remove the oven, find the nut, and figure out how to get it snapped back into place. Don't try to force the mounting bolts to start! They have continued to improve these models. The plastic door frame is more substantial, and hopefully will be less prone to breaking if the door is occasionally slammed. Likewise, the front venting as been removed from view, so greasy grime will not be as visible.
