The microwave was a replacement for my 15 yr old original over my kitchen stove. It looks very similar to my original and fit in the restricted space with only minor adjustments. I was concerned about installation because small differences in bolt locations can make it tough. But it comes with a new wall mounting bracket with paper template for checking hole alignments. That made it a much simpler installation. The multiple speed fan is much quieter than the previous one. The control panel is straight forward and I had no trouble programming it...I am not naturally good at this type thing. It seems to cook significantly more efficiently than the previous one. It rates about 20% less power, but heats water and food in about 20% faster. Wow.

Good microwave. Purchased as a direct replacement for my old one. The old one lasted 6 years. Not sure if that’s good or not in microwave years but for the price I’m happy.

Replaced my previous GE microwave with this new microwave. Amazing how much the quality changed in the 13 years since purchasing the last one. This one sounds like tin and plastic as you are opening and shutting the door. Haven't tried all the functions on it yet, but the popcorn button way undercooks a bag of popcorn. You have to add another 45 seconds to get a full bag of popcorn. Seems to do just fine heating frozen dinners or reheating food. Not really sure that I like that the vent comes on automatically when it is in use. It's very noisy and there is not an option to turn it off. Overall, rather disappointed in this microwave. I know it wasn't an expensive model, but the counter versions at half the price or less are quieter and can at least cook microwave popcorn properly. If you don't mind the noise and are not a regular user of the popcorn button, this this microwave is for you.

This GE-1.6 Cu, Ft Microwave is a great replacement, easy to navigate with great auto functions for cooking and ease to use. Best Buy installation was terrific!

It is VERY quiet! I bought this as a gift for my parents and after my husband installed it and it was turned on, we all couldn't believe how quiet it was compared to their old one. They love it and are very happy with it!

I was pleasantly surprised when i had to purchase this for a rental unit. I was expecting to have to pay twice as much to get an over the range unit. It was so easy to install that my tenant dis it themselves. It is up and working great.

Nice microwave with good interior size and rotation plate that can be kept on or turned OFF if you have a large plate or pan size that is not too large to fit into microwave but too large to rotate. Fits above stove very nicely even though I have an older home.

Purchased this to replace the one we had for at least 15 years. Same brand and features as the one we replaced. Works great and easy to use. Easy to install. I did have someone to help with the installation as recommended.

No issues, everything seems to adequately, especially considering the low price

Easy touchscreen design with a quick start - you only have to push the number 1, and the microwave immediately starts. No need to pysh a start button. Only issue is that I needed one with a finished sides. Well, the finished side is really not as the BB agent described. It's not really designed to be exposed on a side, which is what I needed and asked for. But it had to be installed that day, so I am stuck with it.

Literally the best one for the price, has enough functions and it looks nice in my all white kitchen

Great microwave, and great price, would for sure buy again!

Works well. The button layout is good except for the fan and light buttons being on the right side instead of closer to the bottom for easier access since the keypad is not backlit. Previous microwave was from GE and was purchased new in 2013. Hopefully this one lasts awhile. The inside of the microwave is white which will make you clean it often as it's easier to see when dirty. The stainless steel feels of good quality and should hold up over time and not scratch easily. Bought this on sale as for some reason over the range microwaves are expensive.

Bought this same model about 4 years ago. Was glad could still get same model and that the template matched the original so the installation was easy. First one probably would have lasted longer but when we took it down realized a vent had been blocked.

I love the "one-touch" buttons and the "add 30 seconds" button. These buttons make it so simple to use to quickly heat up anything. The dedicated buttons, such as Popcorn Potatoes, Defrost, etc do a great job of cooking those items without over-cooking.
