    The microwave looks nice and seems to work well so I gave it 4 our of 5 stars. It just isn't awesome or else I'd have given it 5 starts. Matches our stainless steel appliances well.

    It’s a nice, reasonably priced microwave. It doesn’t have a bunch of buttons that you usually don’t need. The only problem is one the filters keeps falling down when you close the door.

    The microwave I ordered JVM3160DFWW was correct on the box, The actual microwave was JVM3160DF9WW. The 9 obviously makes the microwave cheaper as it only has one surface light and the display had 2.

      The model number on the microwave itself may include an extra digit, when compared to the model number on the box. This is an engineering digit, and is there in case a technician ever needs to examine the appliance and identify specific manufacturing information. This extra digit does not mean you received the wrong model. If the microwave you received is different than a display you saw and you still believe you received a different unit than what you originally ordered, we recommend contacting Best Buy at 888-237-8289 to address this issue.     We bought this as a replacement to our previous microwave that died about 6 months ago. It’s a little loud when operating, but it heats up food fast. The turntable does make a squeaky noise, and I’ve turned the wheels upside down, checked the glass, with no success. Still happy with the purchase. When you don’t have a microwave for months, it makes you appreciate when you do have one!

    I have only had this microwave oven about a month but it looks good in my kitchen and does what it is supposed to do. It’s got all the convenience features including buttons for potato, beverages and popcorn, plus express cook and add 30 seconds. It also has a vent fan. It’s not super fancy and is reasonably priced.

    Really nice microwave. Pretty lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. The only issue I have is the light/nightlight when powered on is really hot. It's so hot, it warms the glass rotating plate inside the unit. Hopefully changing to an led bulb will fix this issue.

    Works fine. Bought the EXACT same model # years ago, assuming the installation brackets and holes needed would match up. No such luck. But it works well!

    The microwave that was in the house when I bought it prematurely died. That model was no longer available and Best Buy had the best price on the latest model. Ordered with curbside delivery. CSR brought it out and put the box exactly where it was requested -- less than 10 minutes after my arrival.
