My husband and his dad had this installed in less than 2 hours and we love it! So happy at the amount if counter space we now have available and our kitchen looks so much fancier with this over the stove microwave. No complaints. Really enjoy the pleasant beep, the add 30 second button and the express minutes buttons.

It only took a couple of days. I was in and out in 10 minutes with help to load it in my car. The only thing I didn't understand was being enrolled in a program that would save me each time I ordered, and they charged me $1.97 initially, so I had to cancel in order not to pay $12.00/month membership fee. I don't remember the name and Best Buy employees didn't know about it either.

Light on clock flickers all the time and it is hard to make out the numbers. The door seems like it will break every time it is shut. GE should be ashamed for putting their name on this microwave. It works fine to defrost and heat up food for now. I am very disappointed with this microwave.

Micowave fan is very quiet compared to my previous unit. Oven has many features which are easy to use. I am very pleased with this purchase.
