Also the finish on the door around the window is cracking and falling off. Tried to call GE support but was not able to speak with a human. I would not recommend this product or any other GE products based on this experience.

Unfortunately, though this seemed comparable, it is lacking a few of the features we used frequently (like silencing the sound on the keypad and alarm). Also, the surface lights on this are a dim warm light instead of a bright white LED. Outside of those two things, it has worked just fine and will serve the purpose.

A few adjustments and it fit right over the stove using the old supports. The template hole indicators were off enough to make a difference so measure against the unit. Switching the blower to front facing was a snap. I am no electrician, but the install was fairly easy.
