It performs as advertised and is a good value for being a no frills oven. The only slight negatives are 1) fan is pretty loud compared to our previous oven, and 2) it would be nice if the control buttons were back-litten...hard to see function buttons unless room lights are on.

For Black Friday, Best Buy provided the best online experience to compare models, capabilities and options. Our new GE microwave was scheduled for installation within a week, and we were back to heating and eating meals so quickly. And Best Buy setup the haul away and recycle of our old microwave.

A mistake was made using the code for Bisque instead of the white code. However, we discovered this error a couple of days before delivery and Best Buy helped find us a white microwave before delivery. The microwave was installed by Danny, who is very knowledgeable about the install and the operation of the microwave. We are very satisfied with the microwave so far. We have only had it five days, but it seems to operate like we wanted.
